The move to quit smoking is a huge one and often the biggest hurdle to overcome is handling the quit smoking side effects. Weaning yourself off smoking is not a nice process and no one will tell you it is. Acknowledge you are tired and give yourself the chance of plenty of rest. Getting lots of rest will help you deal with all these side effects a lot better. Also, be sure to eat good healthy foods so that your body has the strength to purge itself of the toxins and get itself into better health.
